Freelance: Force

The below are iterations for a trademark design (in order from initial concept to final product). I'm typically a strong proponent of simple typographic logotypes, opposed to brand-marks (a la studies by Jay Doblin), but the  project manager's thoughts were that my designs were too mechanical and that the work needed to be much "funkier."  The brand-mark is for a women's line of active-wear clothing created with sustainable fabrics.  I'm ultimately very happy with all of the designs on an aesthetic level - a bit unsure of the brand-mark use, but very happy overall.
